If printing on white canvas, we use colour ink only, so the “whites” in the image will not be printed, showing the canvas instead. The ink will fade towards the curves of the shoes, this area is shown in the mockup but the fade will be softer.

Each shoe we create is made with love using a patented process at our Printshop, and while we make every effort to ensure that each pair of shoes is of the highest possible quality, please allow for minor imperfections with inking, colour and layout as sizes and styles may vary. Please allow for 20% growth or shrinkage in your design to allow for bleed and shoe size variations. The average turn-around time for printing is 7-12 business days from design approval, and your order will remain “On Hold” until it has been processed at our warehouse. Once your shoes have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which will give you a time estimate on arrival.

Because all shoes are custom created, there will be NO returns or exchanges on any orders.
